Facing cancer is hard. You should not have to face it alone. It is important to be a part of a group of people, find someone that can relate to your experiences, and flat out just be loved.
Our cover story contains three unique survivor stories of the journey to locate a supportive community as they engage life and face cancer. These individuals discovered their path and communities in unexpected ways. Their stories showcase the importance of being loved, being social, and being human. These three individuals found their Herd.
Regardless of your faith, race, or gender, there is always a place for you within our Herd.
