Worth the Wait’s mission is to ease the burden for young adult cancer survivors pursuing parenthood by providing financial support for fertility preservation, fertility treatments, adoption and surrogacy. Emergency fertility preservation grants are rolling and family building grants are awarded quarterly and both are based on financial need.
