In this healing writing workshop, participants use carefully selected quotes as a starting point to reflect on their journey. This guided session offers a safe space to express feelings, uncover hidden emotions, and find meaning in your challenges. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, in treatment, in recovery, a caregiver, or a loved one, this workshop provides a supportive community where you can connect with others and find healing through the art of writing.

Holly Sidell is the writer and performer of DeconstructingHolly, an award-winning solo show about how her journey through breast cancer and the BRCA1 gene helped her finally find self-love.

Patsy Noah is a co-founder of the non-profit organizationYourMomCares #ymc. YourMomCares is a group of celebrity and influencer moms banding together in support of young people’s mental health, changing the dialogue from mental illness to mental wellness. Patsy has been helming AYA’s journaling workshops for many years and looks forward to collaborating with a longtime friend and now colleague, Holly.
