Embody Your Body: Reclaiming Your Sexual Self After Breast Cancer

Are you a young woman navigating the challenges of sexuality and intimacy after breast cancer?
Join our new, three-part series designed to empower young survivors in reclaiming their sexual well-being, identity, and confidence after treatment.
This is a three-part series meant to be experienced as a whole. By registering, you’re committing to all three sessions so we can build a supportive and cohesive group together. Registration will close before the first session.
Session 1: Hormones and the Sexual Response Roadmap
Wednesday, October 15th from 8pm – 10pm ET
This session will explore how breast cancer treatments affect hormones and sexual function while exploring how sexual arousal and desire work to help identify new opportunities for intimacy and pleasure.
Session 2: Embody Your Body
Wednesday, October 22nd from 8pm – 10pm ET
This session will support participants in cultivating body self-compassion after breast cancer by exploring physical changes, practicing mindful self-compassion, and reconnecting with sources of pride and beauty in their bodies.
Session 3: Reclaiming Sexual Pleasure After Cancer
Wednesday, October 29th from 8pm – 10pm ET
This session will help participants expand their definition of sex, explore diverse pathways to pleasure and eroticism, and learn strategies for reclaiming satisfying sexual expression after cancer.
In order to qualify, you must:
- Be a woman between the ages of 18-39
- Have completed active breast cancer treatment
- Be open to small group discussion on sexual health and wellness
