Sitting Together with Empathy and Emotional Perseverance offers a safe, clinician-led virtual space to acknowledge the emotions that we often think we “shouldn’t” or don’t want to feel. This month we will be talking about envy and the feelings that arise when we compare our experience to others’ or long for experiences that feel out of reach. Whether envy shows up quietly or strongly during cancer and survivorship, join the AYA cancer community for a supportive conversation about noticing these normal feelings without judgment.

*This is for any AYA (ages 15-39) at any point in their cancer experience.

Dates and Themes: First Tuesday of the month, 7pm-8:30pm (ET) except for March and September

May 5th – Guilt
June 2nd – Numbness
August 4th – Anxiety
