Treatment-related changes in sexual health and psychosexual development are both common and profoundly distressing for AYAs, yet the majority of AYAs receive little or no support for these problems. Oncology providers typically receive little training around addressing treatment-related sexual health problems. Dr Bober’s presentation will include practical tips for inquiry and communication about sexual health, as well as strategies for assessing common problems, and delivering helpful intervention.
