Who: Those age 13-39 who have been diagnosed with cancer (can be diagnosed prior to the age of 13)

Short description of event: Invite your parent or parental figure for a night of gentle fitness. Sue Montminy from Laurie’s Hope will lead us through a yoga flow and sound bath journey sure to leave you relaxed and refreshed.
