Join us for a sleep workshop specifically for young adults and their caregivers facilitated by Dana-Farber Psychologist Eric Zhou, PhD. Dr. Zhou will answer your questions about insomnia and sleep throughout the cancer experience.

Sleep during all stages of cancer treatment can be a challenge, and insomnia is extremely common in people with cancer. It can be caused by a variety of factors, including stress, anxiety, and physical discomfort. There are ways to overcome these challenges, and Dr. Zhou will go over strategies and answer any questions that you might have.

This event is a collaboration between the Young-Onset Colorectal Cancer Center and the Young Adult Program. This event is open to any young adult with cancer and their supporters.
Join us for the workshop and have all your sleep-related questions answered by an expert!

The event is finished.
