Let Love Rule: A Palentine Journal Drop-In

Love doesn’t have to be romantic, tidy, or heart-shaped to matter. This Palentine-themed journal drop-in is about widening the lens on love: love for friends, chosen family, pets, creativity, community, and yourself (yes, even the complicated parts).

In this 90-minute guided journaling session, Jean Rowe LCSW and Certified Journal Therapist will gently lead you through reflective prompts that explore how love shows up in your life right now;  where it feels abundant, where it feels tender, and where it might need a little permission to exist differently. Expect grounding, gentle curiosity, and zero pressure to “feel positive” about anything.

You can write, doodle, ramble, pause, or just listen. This space is about connection over perfection and honoring all the forms of love that sustain us, especially the ones that don’t get enough credit.

Who: Young adults ages 18–45 impacted by cancer (patients, survivors, caregivers, co-survivors)

What: A 90-minute guided journaling drop-in

When: Thursday, Feb 12 @ 3:00–4:30 p.m. PT/ 4:00–5:30 p.m. MT/5:00–6:30 p.m. CT/ 6:00–7:30 p.m. ET
