It can feel scary to set boundaries because it means we have to hold ourselves and others accountable for their actions. Setting boundaries requires real, genuine compassion. Join this interactive session to connect with other caregivers while increasing awareness of caregiver burden and burnout while learning practical coping tools for the emotional and practical difficulties of caregiving.
