Please take a moment to click on the form to complete registration for the CRC Young Adult Support Group. This is a group for patients aged 18-45 years old who could benefit from group therapy.
We meet June 2nd, August 4th, October 6th, and December 1st from 12pm – 1:30pm PST
Once you complete registration you will automatically be given a link to join the group. Please mark your calendar and save the link. If it is determined that the group may not be suitable for you, you will be contacted directly by the AYA Program Specialist.
