The holidays can be a lot. For some, it’s full of lights, cookies, and Mariah Carey on repeat. For others, it’s more like stress, complicated family dynamics, or wanting to hide in a blanket burrito until January. However you roll, our Holiday Hangout is here for you!

The Cactus Cancer Society Holiday Party is your virtual party, where everyone gets the YA cancer life. We’re talking silly holiday games, ugly sweaters, cozy chaos, and space to hang with your prickly family. There’s no need to bring anything fancy. Show up with hot cocoa, wear the world’s ugliest sweater, light a menorah, sip from your favorite mug, or show up in pjs! However you arrive is perfect!

Who: Young adult cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, co-survivors, and support systems
What: A festive digital space to laugh, play, and connect. Ugly sweaters, holiday trivia, and a meme-off are all on the table! Cocoa, cookies, menorahs, Kwanzaa candles, Santa hats, or cozy socks all welcome.
When: Tuesday, December 17, 2025, 4:00 to 6:00 PM PT / 6:00 to 8:00 PM CT / 7:00 to 9:00 PM ET

Where: Zoom, from your couch

There’s no agenda and no pressure. Come for a round of games, swap some stories, or just vibe in community as we close out the year together. Pop in for a few minutes or hang out the whole time. Either way, your presence is the gift that makes this space shine.
