Drawing on in-depth qualitative interviews with leaders of community-based and nonprofit psychosocial support programs in the U.S. and Canada (N=21), this study examines program leaders’ perspectives on why AYA participation remains low despite substantial unmet need, revealing multilevel determinants of uptake and potential solutions.
