Monthly Virtual Legacy Project Space
Monthly Virtual Legacy Project Space
A cancer diagnosis often prompts people to take stock of their lives and what they may leave behind. One practical way to work through some of the emotions that emerge is through legacy projects: that heartwork that helps you and your loved ones remember special moments and make wishes for the future.
Join us for a monthly virtual space to work on legacy projects in community.
How this works: you bring the project that you are working on and use this time how you see fit. You can turn your camera off, or leave it on. The group is there for support and questions but the time is meant for you!
This group will be moderated by Jen Ellsworth, Bright Spot Network parent. Jen earned her master’s degree in social work at SUNY Albany and has since worked as a medical social worker in palliative care, hospice and oncology. Jen may periodically bring prompts or sparks if you are feeling stuck but this is YOUR time.
