Brain Cancer

Melissa Mateo Blank lives in South Carolina. She has a Master’s in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University, and before being diagnosed with brain cancer, taught English Composition and American Literature at a local community college for five years. She loves old science fiction, good coffee, hiking, camping and spending time with her husband and her 100 lb. dog. I am fairly new to this Cancer community. I was only diagnosed about a year ago, when my neurosurgeon told me that my cancer is incurable, it put me in a headspace of fear. I started my blog fairly soon after that, but it was more for me than anything. I was not ready to join this terrible yet somehow amazing club.
