Survivor, Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Ariane Ambriz was born and raised in Houston, TX. She was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia at the age of 26 in 2009 and relapsed 20 months later. Ariane had a double-cord blood transplant in February 2012. She currently lives in Cypress, TX, with her husband and two sons. Ariane is working on her debut novel.
