Survivor, Stage 3B Hodgkins LymphomaAnny was diagnosed with Stage 3B Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in November 2017 during her junior year of college. She underwent seven months of chemotherapy treatment while continuing to attend classes for mechanical engineering at The University of Akron. Anny currently works as a design engineer at an aerospace company and recently celebrated being two years cancer free!

Recently, I’ve seen numerous people talk about how difficult it is to wear a mask. “It’s too hot.” “I can’t breathe in it.” “It makes me feel claustrophobic.” I’ve had several people ask me how I can possibly stand wearing one all day at work.
