Learn how others cope, share the duties and take time for some much-needed self-care.\nThis popular free ZOOM program, led by Jennifer Gillette, our licensed staff social worker and guest caregiver Jim Bulger will inspire from the comfort of your home or office. We will allow for plenty of time for ALL participants to talk, ask questions, share, vent and feel uplifted.
