In honor of Women’s History Month, Made of Many Women centers the voices, bodies, and lived experiences of women navigating illness, survival, care, and visibility.\nThis 90-minute session is intentionally structured as a creative smorgasbord. Participants will move through guided grounding/visualization, writing, and creative coping practices, with time for optional sharing woven throughout. It’s all designed so you can engage at your own pace and in the way that feels right that day.\nFor young adults impacted by cancer, this kind of creative space supports grounding, resilience, and empowerment. It offers tools for self-expression when words feel hard, builds connection through shared experience, and situates personal stories within a broader history of women who have named their truth.
