DESCRIPTION:Regional Meetup – Hiking at Kettle Moraine State Park (Delafield, WI)\nRegister here\nEvent Date: Saturday, September 13, 2025\nEvent Time: 10:00am (arrive 15 min early)\n\nEvent Address: Kettle Moraine State Park\n\nW329 N846, County Trunk C, Delafield, WI\n \nPre-Event Meet: (optional) \nFor those interested, we will be meeting for coffee at 8:30am at Great Harvest Bread Company, 603 N Genesee St., Delafield WI.\n\n\nAbout the Event: \n\nCalling all cancer survivors, caregivers, and advocates — you’re invited to join us for a hike at Kettle Moraine State Park, just 45 miles west of Milwaukee. Together, we’ll explore the park’s scenic rolling hills, pine plantations, sun-kissed prairies, and vibrant hardwood forests as we spend the day living beyond cancer.\nAfter the hike, gather around for a campfire-style chat with light refreshments. Share stories, connect with others who understand the journey, and celebrate the strength of survivorship.\n\nWhat You Should Bring:\n-Water, tennis/hiking shoes, sunscreen. A chair for the campfire chat (optional).\nWhat You Should Know:\nKettle Moraine State Park charges a parking fee for a daily vehicle pass. A day pass is $16 out of state, $13 for WI licensed vehicles, and $3 for 65 and older WI licensed.\n\n\nThis event is for adults only (age 18+).\nIf you are attending with a caregiver or other survivor, please fill out a separate registration for each person.\nIf you or anyone in your household is feeling ill prior to the event, please inform us and do not attend to ensure the best health of our community\n\n\n\n
